
When I go through difficult periods, I have a routine that I try to do and it helps me to go back on track and feel good about myself
- drink a cup of water as soon as i wake up. No phone, no bathroom, no snoozing. FIRST OF ALL WATER. - write in a journal. I usually write at night and in the morning. In the morning I would answer to 3 questions: 1) what am i grateful for this morning? 2) what are the three actions/activities that will make my day great?
3) who do I want to be in 5 years? Then at night I would answer to:
1)What are the three events that made my day great?
2)What could I have done to make the day better?
- before going to bed at night I would not look at any electronic device for at least 30mins and I would just read a book until I fall asleep.
These are very basic actions that made me feel good.
